ONE DAY RIDES
Experience Cusco on a full-day mountain biking tour through diverse trails and the historic streets of the city. Starting at 8:00 am, ride the Ocoruro trail with its high-altitude single tracks, explore the fun local trails of Yungaypata, and finish with a mix of trail and urban riding from Salcantay Pueblo to Cusco’s main square. CUSCO CITY RIDE
Biking in Cusco city is a great option. The city has a lot to offer. Long trails, short trails, great views, riding through the historic center, awesome restaurants, night life, you name it. The full day riding in Cusco includes 3 different rides: Ocoruro (known to some as “El Brujo” and to others as “The Milky Way”) is our first ride, full of single tracks on altitude llama grass fields with a constant geographical change as you descent. This trail offers a nice view from the south of Cusco city.
Between rides we will have our home made box lunch and snacks and then we move to Yungaypata to do a couple short runs. Yungaypata is a place full of short trails locals ride and build. There are many super fun and flowy trails.
Our third riding area is “Salcantay Pueblo”. This last trail is on top of Sacsayhuaman and the ride continues all the way down to Saphi Street which takes us to the Cusco main square. We will have a mix of trail and urban ride and have a great view from the top of the HISTORICAL CENTER and descend to it.
